TOFU OR NOT TOFU

BEYOND BROWN RICE

FRESH VEGETABLES AND JUICING

This fall we are offering our series of Natural  Foods Workshops designed to educate the community about the role of diet in health and the practical way in which to implement new healthy foods into our lives. It is our belief that we are all, at the very least, entitled to the most health, supportive food available. Food valued for its nutritive value and for the pleasure and satisfaction we experience in preparing and partaking of a great meal.

Workshops reflect a variety of interests  but the underlying premise is the creation of delicious, well balanced meals using whole foods‑whole grains and flours, fruits and vegetables, legumes, soy products, nuts, seeds, and sea vegetables. No white sugar and no products containing artificial colors or flavors, preservatives and no processed foods are used. All meals are high in protein, fiber and complex carbohydrates and contain little or no cholesterol.

Each workshop includes generous tastings and many useful handouts to take home.

Workshops are taught by a veteran Natural Foods Chef of  15+ years experience in the field.

Pre-registration is required. Workshops are priced at $20(includes food fee) per class or you may sign up for all 4  at $75.
